Individual enquiries
When a member of your family or close friend disappears it can be a very trying time and difficult to know how best to proceed. The law is very clear regarding what Agencies can say about who they are dealing with and will have regulations regarding Data protection. These regulations are there to protect people whilst they divulge information often of a very personal nature to those working with them. Data protection is paramount to agencies working with clients, helping to protect information and identity.
Should you be looking for someone whom you think may be within Worthing Churches Homeless Projects we recommend that you call St Clare’s Day Centre 01903 832925 and leave your name address and phone number with the staff along with the details of the person you wish to contact. We will not be able to let you know if that person is within the projects but we will pass on any message left should we be dealing with that person. Whilst we recognise this may be very difficult for the enquirer we must respecting the client’s rights.

Agency Enquiries
All agencies will be fully aware of Data Protection Law and the need for Clients to sign a Data sharing agreement which will allow certain parties access to that information. We will share information we legally are obligated to, or if the client has specified our right to do so.
