Mental Health
Our Mental Health Worker is based at St Clare's Day Centre, though our Mental Health Worker works throughout all Worthing Churches Homeless Projects. The Mental Health Worker is a fully qualified Mental Health Nurse, assesses our clients and throughout the clients stay engages in providing a comprehensive range of Interventions and options. For many homeless people the strain of living on the streets brings on a stress that needs time to engage with and talk through and our Mental Health Worker interacts with staff and clients to help resolve these pressures. Our Mental Health Worker also deals with harm minimisation and appropriate therapies for recovery. (Contact number 01903 832928)
