Moving On
Our Move On accommodation is a 5 bedroom unit that is designed to specifically help our clients at the very sensitive stage of move on. We have found that some clients as they move into the community face a real challenge regarding independent living. This accommodation provides a 6-8 month opportunity to have a far greater degree of independence, explore how to budget, maintain a tenancy and gain further life skills. Staff will provide a minimum amount of oversight and key working, assisting a smooth transition into independent accommodation, for the client's recovery. During this stage clients can also access the outreach café organised by our Homelessness Prevention Officer.
