Resettlement
The Resettlement Worker is based at St Clare's Day Centre working with clients who have accommodation problems. The Resettlement Worker is fully qualified and experienced in evaluating the current issues facing clients and will develop strategies to deal with their issues. In conjunction with other agencies and Worthing Churches Homeless Projects staff at each project the Resettlement Worker supports clients towards successful independent living and securing long term accommodation.
