Stepping Stones - Cornerstone House
Cornerstone House provides supported accommodation for those with longer term needs; the project delivers an environment where our client's can prepare for independent living. Clients usually are engaged in full time education, voluntary work or have entered back into the job market. Our Community Link Team provides additional support. Cornerstone House provides residents with the tools to access independent accommodation, supported by the Homelessness Prevention Worker as they settle into their future surroundings.
